# The Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2005, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force on 6th April the following provisions of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005–
sections 82 and 87; and
sections 11, 16, 40, 57, 58 and 78 so far as these sections enable orders or regulations to be made.
