  "text": "2nd August 2005 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005:–\n(a) sections 1 to 10;\n(b) section 11, so far as not already in force;\n(c) sections 12 to 15;\n(d) section 16, so far as not already in force;\n(e) sections 17 to 39;\n(f) section 40, so far as not already in force;\n(g) sections 41 to 52;\n(h) sections 80 and 81;\n(i) sections 83 to 86;\n(j) sections 89 and 91; and\n(k) schedules 1, 3 and 4.",
