In paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section 152 of the Local Government Planning and Land Act 1980 (fire precautions and home insulation), for “fire authority under the Fire Precautions Act 1971” substitute “relevant authority (as defined in section 6 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5))”.
