# The Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2005, Paragraph 1


In paragraph 44 of Schedule 2 to the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 (official pensions) for “Scottish fire authority” substitute “relevant authority (as defined in section 6 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5))”.
