In regulation 5(9) of the Local Government Pension Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 1998 (further restrictions on eligibility)^f1 for “a member of a fire brigade” to “1947” substitute “an employee of a relevant authority (as defined in section 6 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5))”.
