# The Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2005, Paragraph 9


In paragraph 6 of Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Regulations 1995 (exempt vehicles), for “fire brigade” substitute “relevant authority (as defined in section 6 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5))”.
