  "text": "(1) SFRS may delegate any of its functions to a person mentioned in sub-paragraph (2).\n(2) Those persons are—\n(a) the Chief Officer,\n(b) any other member of staff of SFRS,\n(c) any of its committees.\n(3) Sub-paragraph (1) does not affect—\n(a) SFRS's responsibility for the carrying out of the delegated functions, or\n(b) SFRS's ability to carry out the delegated functions.",
