  "text": "(1) A person is disqualified from appointment, and from holding office, as a member of SFRS if that person is or becomes—\n(a) a member of staff of SFRS,\n(b) a member of\n(i) the Scottish Parliament,\n(ii) the House of Lords,\n(iii) the House of Commons, or\n(iv) the European Parliament,\n(c) disqualified from standing for election as a member of\n(i) the Scottish Parliament,\n(ii) the House of Commons, or\n(iii) a local authority.\n(2) The Scottish Ministers may by order modify sub-paragraph (1).",
