  "text": "(1) The Scottish Ministers may make any payments they consider appropriate in respect of the expenses of a body established for the purpose of advising them on any matter in relation to which provision is made by this Act.\n(2) The Scottish Ministers may make a payment under this section—\n(a) to any person; and\n(b) subject to any conditions,\nthey consider appropriate.",
