The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safetyf1 in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(3) of the Fire Services (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998f2, and now vested in itf3, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
