  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Fire Services (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998.\n(2) Subject to paragraph (3), this Order shall come into operation on the expiration of 2 months from the day on which it is made.\n(3) Articles 5 and 6 shall come into operation on such day as the Department of the Environment may by order appoint.",
