This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1991/369 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 18(1) of the Fire Services Act 1947f1 I hereby, after consultation with the Central Fire Brigades Advisory Council, make the following Regulations:
