  "heading": "Retirement compensation for loss of emoluments payable to a person on attainment of the age of compulsory retirement",
  "text": "Subject to the provisions of these Regulations, when a person to whom these Regulations apply reaches the age of compulsory retirement the retirement compensation payable to him for loss of emoluments shall be an annual sum equal to the amount of the short service pension which would have been payable under the provisions of the Firemen's Pension Scheme calculated in accordance with Regulation 18(2).",
