  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThese Regulations revoke the Fire Services (Discipline) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1985 (“the 1985 Regulations”).\nReports or allegations received and disciplinary charges that have been preferred before the coming into operation of these Regulations continue to be dealt with under the procedures set out in the 1985 Regulations.\nA full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this Rule as it has no impact on the cost of business, charities or voluntary bodies.",
