Section 15 Savings

(1)

Nothing in this Part of this Act shall relieve any person using or carrying a firearm from the obligation to take out a licence to use or carry a gun under the 33 & 34 Vict. c. 57.Gun Licence Act, 1870, or a licence to kill game under the law with respect to such a licence.

(2)

The provisions of this Part of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any provisions of this or any other Act which prohibit or restrict the sale or transfer of firearms and ammunition.
