  "text": "Section 20(1) and (2) of the 1988 Act (amendment of section 6 of the 1968 Act in respect of the power to control the movement of arms and ammunition between Great Britain and Northern Ireland) shall come into force on 1st July 1989 for the purpose of enabling the Secretary of State to make an order under subsection (1A) of section 6 of the 1968 Act, being an order which is expressed to come into force on 1st October 1989.",
