  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force, on 2nd April 1991, section 20 of the Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988, insofar as it is not already in force. Section 20 was brought into force partially on 1st July 1989 by the Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1989 (S.I. 1989/853), as amended by the Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988 (Commencement No. 2) Order (Amendment) Order 1989 (S.I. 1989/1673). The other provisions of the 1988 Act are already in force.",
