# The Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988 (Firearms Consultative Committee) Order 2002, Note: Explanatory note

This Order continues in existence the Firearms Consultative Committee established under section 22 of the Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988 for a further period of two years from 1st February 2002. That Committee has been kept in existence by the Orders under section 22(8) of that Act revoked by article 3 of this Order.
