# Firearms (Amendment) Act 1997, Paragraph 14


In Part I of Schedule 6 (prosecution and punishment of offences), in the entry relating to section 30(4) (failure to surrender certificate on revocation) for the words “Section 30(4)” there shall be substituted the words “ Section 30D(3) ”.
