# Firearms (Amendment) Act 1997, Paragraph 19


In section 17(10) and paragraph 4(1) of the Schedule, for the words “to make any statement which he knows to be false” there shall be substituted the words “ knowingly or recklessly to make a statement false in any material particular ”.
