# Firearms (Amendment) Act 1997, Paragraph 7


In section 38(8) (surrender of register of transactions by dealer) after the words “this Act” there shall be inserted “ (or, if the register is kept by means of a computer, a copy of the information comprised in that register in a visible and legible form) ”.
