  "text": "An offence under section 32, 33, 34 or 35 above shall—\n(a) if committed in relation to a transfer or other event involving a firearm or ammunition to which section 1 of the 1968 Act applies be punishable—\n(i) on summary conviction with imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or both;\n(ii) on conviction on indictment with imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or a fine or both;\n(b) if committed in relation to a transfer or other event involving a shot gun be punishable on summary conviction with imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or both.",
