# The Firearms (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 2013, Rule 10: Amendment to the Firearms Rules 1998


In Schedule 4 (other permits: forms of permit)—
(a) for the permit in Part III (auctioneer’s firearm permit), substitute the permit in Schedule 3 to these Rules (auctioneer’s permit);
(b) omit Part IV (auctioneer’s shot gun permit).
