# The Firearms (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 2013, Rule 7: Amendment to the Firearms Rules 1998


In rule 9 (other permits), for paragraph (2), substitute—
“(2) A permit issued under section 9(2) of the principal Act (permit for auctioneers) shall be in the form set out in Part III of Schedule 4.”
