# The Firearms (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 2021, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st November 2021
The Secretary of State makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 26A(1), 26B(1), 33(3) and (5) and 53 of the Firearms Act 1968.
