  "text": "NORTHERN IRELAND\nMade 14th December 1994\nLaid before Parliament 23rd December 1994\nComing into operation 15th February 1995\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 14th day of December 1994\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas this Order is made only for purposes corresponding to those of sections 1 and 2 of the 1994 c. 31.Firearms (Amendment) Act 1994:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the 1974 c. 28.Northern Ireland Act 1974 (as modified by section 3(2) of the said Act of 1994) and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
