  "text": "(1) The Firearms Rules 1998 are amended as follows.\n(2) In Part I of Schedule 1 (form of application for a firearm certificate), in Part F of the form (declaration), for “if the applicant is under 17 years of age” substitute “if the applicant is under 18 years of age”.\n(3) In Part I of Schedule 2 (form of application for a shot gun certificate), in Part E of the form (declaration), for “if the applicant is under 17 years of age” substitute “if the applicant is under 18 years of age”.",
