  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules amend Schedule 4 to the Firearms Act 1968. They set out the particulars to be entered by a firearms dealer in the register of transactions in respect of air weapons.\nThese Rules also amend the Firearms Rules 1998 to set out the details of the description of air weapons that is required to be entered in the register of transactions. However, where an air weapon is sold or transferred by or from one registered dealer to another, only the class of the air weapon needs to be entered in the register as the description of the air weapon.",
