  "text": "In rule 3 (firearm certificates)—\n(a) for paragraph (1), substitute—\n“An application for the grant or renewal of a firearm certificate shall be in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 1.”;\n(b) in paragraph (2), for the words “1 to 16” substitute “1 to 18”;\n(c) after paragraph (6), insert—\n“(7) An application for the variation of a firearm certificate shall be in the form set out in Part IV of Schedule 1.”",
