Rule 7 Amendment to the Firearms Rules 1998

In rule 7 (photographs to accompany application), for paragraph (1), substitute—

“(1)

The photographs referred to in rules 3(3)(b) and 5(3)(b) above shall, in the case of each application, be four identical unmounted photographs showing the current true likeness of the applicant and measuring 45mm by 35mm, of which one shall be signed in ink, on the back of the photograph, with the applicant’s usual signature.”
