# The Firearms (Amendment) Rules 2023, Rule 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Firearms (Amendment) Rules 2023 and come into force on 27thJuly 2023.
(2) These Rules extend to England and Wales and Scotland.
