# The Firearms (Fees) Regulations 2019, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st October 2019
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32ZA of the Firearms Act 1968 and section 15B of, and paragraph 3A of the Schedule to, the Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988.
