  "long_title": "This Order specifies museums and similar institutions which are registered with the Museums and Galleries Commission for the purpose of making them eligible for a museum firearms licence under the Schedule to the Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988. Such a licence exempts a museum or similar institution from the need to hold a firearm certificate and an authority from the Secretary of State in respect of firearms which form part of its collection.",
