  "text": "ARMS AND AMMUNITION\nMade 7th July 1997\nComing into force 28th July 1997\nWhereas it appears to the Secretary of State that a museum or similar institution of the description specified below has as its purpose, or one of its purposes, the preservation for the public benefit of a collection of historical, artistic or scientific interest:\nNow therefore in exercise of his powers under paragraph 5 (2) and (3) of the Schedule to the Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988 the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:",
