  "text": "(1) It is an offence for a person under the age of 18 to purchase an imitation firearm.\n(2) It is an offence to sell an imitation firearm to a person under the age of 18.\n(3) In proceedings for an offence under paragraph (2) it is a defence to show that the person charged with the offence—\n(a) believed the other person to be aged 18 or over; and\n(b) had reasonable ground for that belief.",
