  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Firearms (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1994 and shall come into force on 1st January 1995.\n(2) These Rules extend to Scotland only.\n(3) In these Rules, “the 1989 Rules” means the Firearms (Scotland) Rules 1989.",
