# The Firearms (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1994, Introduction: Introductory text


ARMS AND AMMUNITION
Made 12th December 1994
Coming into force 1st January 1995
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 27(2) and (3), 53(a) and 57(4) of the Firearms Act 1968 and of all other powers enabling him that behalf, hereby makes the following Rules:
