# The Firefighters’ Compensation Scheme and Pension Scheme (England) (Amendment) Order 2015, Article 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Firefighters’ Compensation Scheme and Pension Scheme (England) (Amendment) Order 2015.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), this Order comes into force on 31st March 2015.
(3) The amendments made by the following provisions come into force on 1st April 2015—
(a) article 2; and
(b) paragraphs 5 and 6 of Schedule 2 to this Order and article 3 so far as it relates to those paragraphs.
(4) The amendments made by paragraphs 1(1), 2(1) and (3), 3(1), (2) and (3) and 4 of Schedule 2 to this Order and article 3 so far as it relates to those paragraphs, have effect from 1st April 2014.
(5) This Order applies in relation to England only.
