  "text": "In Schedule 1, in Part 2 (calculation of awards for part-time service), in paragraph 2—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1)—\n(i) for “The”, substitute “Subject to sub-paragraph (2), the”, and\n(ii) in the definition of “A”, after “average pensionable pay”, insert “or, as the case may be, the final pensionable pay”; and\n(b) for sub-paragraph (2), substitute—\n“(2) Where the person is a member of the 1992 Scheme , neither (B + C) nor D shall exceed 30 years.”.",
