  "text": "FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICES, ENGLAND\nPENSIONS, ENGLAND\nMade 10th July 2006\nLaid before Parliament 17th July 2006\nComing into force 7th August 2006\nThis Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34 and 60 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004.\nBefore making this Order, and in accordance with section 34(5) of that Act, the Secretary of State consulted such persons as he considered appropriate.\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order:",
