  "text": "FIRE SERVICES\nPENSIONS\nMade 7th March 2007\nLaid before Parliament 8th March 2007\nComing into force 1st April 2007\nThe Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34(1) to (5) and (8) and 60(2) of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004, after consulting such persons as they considered appropriate in accordance with section 34(5) of that Act, hereby make the following Order:",
