After Part 2 of Schedule 1 to Part 2 insert–

“PART 3

CALCULATION OF AWARDS FOR RETAINED OR VOLUNTEER SERVICE

The amounts of the injury gratuity and injury pension payable to a retained or volunteer firefighter shall be calculated in accordance with paragraph 1(2) of Part 1 as if for “pensionable service” there were substituted “pensionable retained service”f1.”.
