  "text": "In Schedule 2 to Part 3 (awards for spouses and civil partners), in Part 1 (special pension)–\n(a) in paragraph 1, after “average pensionable pay”, insert “or, as the case may be, final pensionable pay”; and\n(b) in paragraph 2–\n(i) in sub paragraph (1), in the definition of “A”, after “average pensionable pay”, insert “or, as the case may be, the final pensionable pay”; and\n(ii) for sub paragraph (2) substitute–\n“(2) Where the person was a member of the 1992 Scheme, neither (B + C) nor D shall exceed 30 years.”.",
