# The Firefighters' Compensation Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Order 2007, Paragraph 17


In Schedule 3 to Part 4 (awards on death: children)–
(a) in Part 1 (child’s special allowance)–
(i) in paragraph 1, after “average pensionable pay”, insert “or, as the case may be, the deceased’s final pensionable pay”; and
(ii) in paragraph 4(2), after “average pensionable pay”, insert “or, as the case may be, the final pensionable pay”; and
(b) in Part 2 (reduction in child’s allowance during full-time remunerated training), in paragraph 2(2), for “the Pension Scheme” substitute “the 1992 Scheme”.
