(a)

in paragraph (2), for “fire authority” (in both places), substitute “fire and rescue authority”; and

(b)

in paragraph (5)—

(i)

for “rule C2(3) to (5) does not apply”, substitute “paragraphs (3) to (5) of rule C2 do not apply”; and

(ii)

for “holding the rank of firefighter in the brigade maintained by the London Fire and Civil Defence Authority”, substitute “employed in the role of firefighter by the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority”.
