in paragraph (2), for “fire services”, substitute “fire and rescue services”;

(b)

in paragraph (3)—

(i)

(ii)

omit sub-paragraph (b);

(iii)

in sub-paragraph (c), for “fire authority”, substitute “fire and rescue authority”; and

(iv)

in sub-paragraph (d), for “A13 to substitute “A14,”.
