In rule J3 (whole-time member of brigade who is not a regular firefighter)^f1—

(a)

in paragraph (1)—

(i)

for “member of a brigade” (in the first place where those words appear), substitute “employee of a fire and rescue authority”; and

(ii)

for “a member of the brigade”, substitute “an employee of the authority”;

(b)

in paragraph (2), for “fire authority”, substitute “fire and rescue authority”;

(c)

in paragraph (3), for “the brigade, the fire authority”, substitute “that employment, the fire and rescue authority”;

(d)

in paragraph (5)(a), for “fire authority”, substitute “fire and rescue authority”; and

(e)
