(a)

in paragraph (1), for “fire authority”, substitute “fire and rescue authority”;

(b)

in paragraph (2)(b), for “a member of a brigade”, substitute “an employee of a fire and rescue authority”; and

(c)

in paragraphs (4) and (5), for “fire authority”, substitute “fire and rescue authority”.
