In rule L3 (payment of awards)—

(a)

in paragraph (1)—

(i)

for “fire authority”, in the first place those words appear, substitute “fire and rescue authority”; and

(ii)

for “the fire authority”, in the second place those words appear, substitute “the authority”; and

(b)

in paragraphs (7), (8) and (9), for “fire authority”, substitute “fire and rescue authority”.
