  "text": "In Schedule 6 (pensionable service and transfer values)—\n(a) in Part 1 (payments in respect of previous service)—\n(i) in paragraph 1(1)—\n(aa) for “could be required to retire on grounds of age”, substitute “reaches normal pension age”; and\n(bb) for “fire authority”, substitute “fire and rescue authority”;\n(ii) in paragraph 1(2), for “fire authority”, substitute “fire and rescue authority”;\n(iii) in paragraph 1(4), for “fire authority”, substitute “fire and rescue authority”; and\n(iv) in paragraph 2(1), in the definition of “A”—\n(aa) for “member of a brigade”, substitute “employee of a fire and rescue authority”; and\n(bb) for “whole-time member”, substitute “whole-time employee”;\n(b) in Part II (service reckonable on receipt of transfer value)—\n(i) in paragraph 1(1), for “fire authority”, substitute “fire and rescue authority”; and\n(ii) in paragraph 4(a)—\n(aa) for “average pensionable pay”, substitute “annual pensionable pay”; and\n(bb) for “member of a brigade” (in both places), substitute “employee of a fire and rescue authority”; and\n(c) in Part III (transfer payments between fire authorities), in paragraphs 2, 4(1), 5(b) and 6, after “brigade”, insert “or fire and rescue authority (as the case may be)”.",
